Mrs Lee has been a member of the Royal Hong Kong Police Force since 1972 and was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1988. She has considerable experience in both general uniform duties and criminal investigation, which have included Deputy District Commander (Wong Tai Sin) and Chief Staff Relations Officer.
Mr Stephen Lee Man-yick
A businessman, Mr Lee is a member of the Auxiliary Police Force which he joined in 1963, being promoted to substantive Superintendent (Auxiliary) in 1988. He has held a number of important posts and since 1992 he has served as acting Senior Superintendent in the New Territories (North) Region.
Mr Leung Ka-hung
Mr Leung joined the Police Force in 1975 and was promoted to Superintendent in 1989. His first three years were with the Uniform Branch and he has served in the Special Branch since 1979, with a three-year period on a Police scholarship to the University of Hong Kong to read law.
Mr Liu Si-yung
Mr Liu joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1966 and was promoted to Station Sergeant in 1982. His entire service has been spent in the Marine Region, and he has been the Officer Commanding, Front Line Maintenance Unit since 1986.
Mr Lo Chi-wa
Mr Lo entered the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1967 and was promoted to Station Sergeant in 1980. He has worked primarily in the Uniform Branch but he also has experience in criminal investigation, and his postings have included the Police Training School as an instructor and the Police Tactical Unit.
