Sister Maureen is a member of the Columbian Sisters, a Catholic order of nuns. In the early 1980s she worked in primary health and outreach care, and in 1990 she became the Co-ordinator of AIDS Concern.
Mr Antoine Xuan Tinh Nguyen
A Principal Executive Officer with the Hong Kong Government in which he served for nearly 38 years, Mr Nguyen is now on pre-retirement leave. He worked in a number of Government agencies including Recreation and Culture, Architectural Services and Transport Departments, and also served with the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
Mr Rusy Motabhoy Shroff
Mr Shroff is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Diseases Association. He has been a member of the board of the association for 23 years and has been responsible for many projects including the Ruttonjee Hospital.
Mrs Siu Tsang Fung-kwan
Mrs Siu has worked for many years for the welfare of women, young and old. She has been active in a number of charitable and welfare organisations such as the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Po Leung Kuk and the Girl Guides Association.
Mr Roy Spencer, JP
Mr Spencer was Secretary of the Urban Council for 13 years until his retirement in September 1994. Before joining the council he held a variety of posts in Government departments involving New Territories, Public Works, the Judiciary, and Commerce and Industry.
