THE CASE CAME TO LIGHT AFTER A COMPLAINT WAS LABOUR RELATIONS SERVICE (LRS) IN APRIL LAST YEAR.

THE MATERNITY LEAVE PAY IS CALCULATED AT THE RATE OF TWO-THIRDS OF HER MONTHLY SALARY.
