FORECASTS SHOW THAT ABOUT 204,000 SQ.M. OF GRADE A SPACE IS EXPECTED IN 1993 MAINLY IN WAN CHAT AND NORTH POINT, WITH A SUBSTANTIAL 398,000 SQ.M. EXPECTED THE YEAR AFTER, MUCH OF THIS IN TSIM SHA TSUI, HUNG HOM AND NORTH POINT. FOR CENTRAL, COMPLETIONS ONLY AMOUNT TO ABOUT 7,600 SQ.M. IN THE TWO YEARS.
