THE SPEAKERS WILL INCLUDE AN ENGINEERING CONSULTANT, DR RAYMOND HO CHUNG-TAI A VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE HONG KONG ASSOCIATION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, MR STEPHEN YUEN; A MANAGING DIRECTOR OF AN INSURANCE COMPANY, MR ANTHONY YUEN; AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF THE HOUSING DEPARTMENT, MR MOK YIU-KWONG, AND A DISTRICT BOARD MEMBER, DR CHIU WING-YEE.

THEY WILL SPEAK ON BUILDING SAFETY, PARTICIPATION OF OWNERS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THEIR BUILDINGS, PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT OF PRIVATE BUILDINGS, COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN OWNERS AND TENANTS COMMITTEES AND BUILDING MANAGERS, AND INSURANCE IN RELATION TO BUILDING MANAGEMENT.

AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF JONES LANG WOOTTON LIMITED, MR LEUNG CHUN-YING, WILL CHAIR THE DISCUSSION SESSION.
