Mr TANG Kam-yan

Mr Tang joined Government service in 1951.

He is now Principal In the 1960's

Land Executive, the head of the Land Executive Grade. he was involved in land acquisition for Tsuen Wan and later Tuen Mun new towns. From 1982 to 1987 he was head of the Village Improvement Unit, Buildings and Lands Department.

Mr WONG Wah-sang

Mr Wong is a prominent figure in the field of shipbuilding and engineering. He became a member of the Kwun Tong District. Board in 1981. He has also taken a wide ranging interest in community service, including Junior Police call, the Po Leung Kuk, the Scout Association and many sporting and recreational activities.

Major Robert KAM Yiu-leung

Major Kam has been a member of the Royal Hong Kong Regiment (the Volunteers) since 1956. He has held a number of key appointments in the Regiment, including Senior Warrant Officer from 1977 to 1979. He was promoted to Major in 1987 and for the past four years has commanded the Home Guard Squadron of the Regiment.

Wing Commander Peter Dicky YIP

Wing Commander Yip joined the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force in 1967 and was appointed Officer Commanding the Flying Squadron in 1983. In 1985 he was posted by his employer, the Hongkong Bank, to the United States for three and a half years but rejoined the RHKAAF He was promoted active list immediately on his return to Hong Kong. to Wing Commander and assumed command of the RHKAAF in January 1991.
