Mr YUEN Yuk-kwan

Mr Yuen has served the Royal Hong Kong Police since 1958. He joined as a constable and was promoted to Chief Inspector in 1981. He has been an instructor at the Police Training School and is currently the Police Community Relations Officer, Yau Ma Tei.

Fire Services Department:

Mr CHAN Hung

Mr Chan joined the Fire Services Department in 1960 and, with the reorganisation of the Ambulance Service in 1966, he became an Ambulanceman Class J. He reached his present rank of Principal Ambulanceman in 1973 and has spent much of his career on operational ambulance work.

Mr HO Kit-pui

Mr Ho had served the Fire Services Department for over 33 years and was promoted to Principal Fireman in 1976. He retired in December 1990 and his last post was as an instructor at the Training School.

Mr LI Sing-kwong

Mr Li joined the Fire Services in 1959. He qualified for the fire officer operational grade in 1967 and, since then, he has been employed mainly on fire fighting and rescue duties. He was promoted to Senior Divisional Officer in 1989 and has been with the New Territories Divisions for the last four years.

Mr TAM She-sang

Mr Tam joined the Fire Services in 1959 and was promoted to his present rank of Principal Fireman in 1975. His entire career has been spent on fire fighting and rescue duties and he has served in Kowloon, the New Territories and at the Airport.
