Mr William Henry KIRKHOPE
Mr Kirkhope joined the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1963. He has served in the Uniform Branch, Special Branch and the Criminal Investigation Department. After his promotion to Chief Superintendent in 1987, he was posted to the Inspection Services Wing at Police Headquarters, where he is serving at present. He is a keen sportsman having played rugby for the Police Force for 18 years.
Mr Arthur John LUKE
Mr Luke is a catering specialist and is the most experienced Senior Assistant. Force Catering Officer in the Royal Hong Kong Police. He is second-in-command of the Force Catering Unit and has been involved in many complex field catering situations.
Mr John Richard Finch MASON
Mr Mason joined the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1968 and his early years of service were in the Uniform Branch where he held ค variety of posts. He transferred to Special Branch in 1973 where he has remained. He was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1988 and was made an acting Chief Superintendent in 1989.
Mr Francis MURPHY
Mr Murphy has over 16 years of service in the Royal Hong Kong Police following six years of police work in the United Kingdom. He has held a wide
wide range
range of appointments, mainly in the Criminal Investigation Department. He was promoted to Superintendent in 1982 and is currently Staff Officer Operations in the Hong Kong Island Regional Headquarters.
Mr Angus John Dalano STEVENSON-HAMILTON
Mr Stevenson-Hamilton served in the Metropolitan Police in London for seven years before joining the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1970. He has served in the Uniform Branch, Criminal
Criminal Investigation Department, as an Instructor at the Police Training School and Aide- de-Camp to the Governor. He was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 1986 and is now Senior Staff Officer, Crime, Kowloon Region.
