Mr WONG King-chiu
Mr Wong has been a member of the Civil Aid Services for over 22 years. He is an instructor in heavy rescue and physical fitness training and has been involved in several major rescue missions.

Mr Chau joined the Royal Hong Kong Police in 1962 ав inspector. He resigned in 1974 but immediately joined the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force. His more recent appointments have been Commander New Territories Region (Auxiliary) and Deputy Commandant
(Auxiliary), a post he still holds.
Mr Peter WONG Tsan-kwong, CPM
Mr Wong has been a member of the Royal Hong Kong Police since 1963 and was promoted to his present rank of Assistant Commissioner in 1988. He has served in a wide variety of posts, including Uniform Branch, Criminal Investigation Department and Training. His current post is Deputy Director, Crime.

Mr PANG Tak-sum, CPM
Mr Pang joined the then Medical and Health Department in 1951 ад an ambulance attendant. He transferred to the Fire Brigade in 1953, and after a brief period on fire fighting duties, he returned to ambulance work. In 1987, he was appointed Chief Ambulance Officer, the largest single command in the Hong Kong Fire Services. He retires in February 1991.
