PAPER 1 IS 'USE OF ENGLISH' PAPER 2 IS OBJECTIVE TESTS' WHILE PAPER 3 IS 'TASK PAPER'. THE WEIGHTINGS ARE 30 PER CENT, 20 PER CENT AND 50 PER CENT RESPECTIVELY.
PAPERS 1 AND 2 ARE EXAMINED IN ENGLISH WHEREAS HALF OF PAPER 3 MUST BE ANSWERED IN CHINESE.

CONCRETE FRAMED STRUCTURES WITH REINFORCED CONCRETE FLOORS AND ROOFS AND BRICK INFILL PANEL WALLS.

AND 205 SEVERELY
THE EXTERNAL STAIRCASE AT THE REAR SERVING
DETERIORATION PORTLAND STREET IS AT ADVANCED STAGE OF SPALLED AND CRACKED REINFORCED CONCRETE MEMBERS.
SUCH STAIRCASE IS CONSIDERED TO BE BEYOND REASONABLE REPAIR AND SHOULD THEREFORE BE CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED.

THERE ARE OTHER MINOR
PARTS OF THE MAIN
BUILDINGS.
BUILDINGS THEREFORE
THE DEMOLITION OF THE REAR STAIRCASE WILL RENDER THE DANGEROUS BY REASON OF LACK OF ADEQUATE MEANS OF ESCAPE AND THE BUILDINGS THEMSELVES SHOULD ALSO BE CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED.
