Mr K. RATCLIFFE
1966 has
Mr Ratcliffe transferred to the Hong Kong Police Force in following three years with the then Northern Rhodesia police. He held a wide variety of posts during his 24 years' service. including posts in the Marine Region, Special Branch and the Police Tactical Unit. In 1986 he was appointed Chief Staff Officer in the Licensing Office.
Mr A.D. SOMMERVILLE
From 1961 to 1973 Mr Sommerville served with the police in the United Kingdom, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. He joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1973. He has held a number of key appointments in the Uniform Branch, including Senior Staff Officer in charge of traffic, Kowloon, and, most recently, Deputy District Commander for Mong Kok.
Mr TAM Man-kei
Mr Tam has 32 years' service in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force, all spent in the Uniform Branch. He has served in the Airport District since 1976 and in 1984 he became District Training He is also the Assistant Police Community Relations Officer Airport District.

Mr TSUI Wai-chun
Mr Tsui joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1959 and has served in a variety of Uniform Branch posts including Traffic Branch and the Police Tactical Unit. He is currently in the Shek Kip Mei Division. Mr Tsui has been active in the Junior Police Officers' Association and was elected Chairman of the Association in 1988.
Mr K.G. WALLIS
Mr Wallis has spent most of his 28 years with the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in the Uniform Branch and he has also served with the Criminal Investigation Department. His recent appointments have included command of the Tsim Sha Tsui Police Division and а senior posting in the Planning and Development Branch of Police Headquarters.
