Mrs HO LEUNG Lai-lan

1960

Mrs Ho joined the former Medical and Health Department in as an inoculator. Since then she has worked in a number of Regional Health Offices and mobile units.

Mr HUI Shiu-hung

Mr Hui has been with the Urban Services Department

for nearly

35 years and has been involved principally with cleansing work and the control of hawkers and markets. He has been employed on both operational and training duties.

Mr Paul KAM Hing-pong

Mr Kam joined the Government service in 1961 as a student male nurse specialising in psychiatry. Most of his service has been spent with the Castle Peak Hospital where he has been active in organising social and sports activities.

Mrs Nancy KHOO

Mrs Khoo's main duty since 1975 has been the management of the Airport VIP Room. Her duties have included the arrival and departure arrangements for the many distinguished visitors to Hong Kong. including Heads of State and Ministers.

Mr LAU Siu-keung

Mr Lau joined the Urban Services Department in 1957 and has Specialised in horticulture. He has been responsible for the floral displays for a number of important events in Hong Kong and has made substantial contribution to several major planting projects.

Mr LAW Yen-pin

Mr Law has been а Chinese Language Officer with the Independent Commission Against Corruption since 1974. He has been tesponsible for supervising and training officers of the Chinese [anguage Office of the ICAC and is also the official interpreter of the Commission in discussions with the authorities of the People's Republic of China.
