Mr K. BROADBRIDGE, JP
Mr Broadbridge joined the Hong
Hong Kong Government in 1971 as Controller of the Pay Investigation Unit. He has worked in a variety of posts since, including service in Customs and Excise, Transport Branch and the Royal Hong Kong Police Force. In 1988 he was appointed Hong Kong's Permanent Representative to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) in Geneva and has taken part in a number of important trade negotiations.
Mr Darwin CHEN, JP
Mr Chen has been in the Hong Kong civil service for 30 years and has worked in a number of departments, including Urban Services and Labour and as Commissioner of the Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority. He was appointed Deputy Secretary (General Duties) in 1989 and since then he has also been a member of the British side of the Sino-British Land Commission.
Mr C.R. SAUNDERS
Mr Saunders joined the then Public Works Department as an engineer in 1963. Because of his extensive experience in the civil engineering field he was posted on secondment in 1987 to be Deputy Secretary, Lands and Works. In 1989 he was appointed the first Director of the new Drainage Services Department. He retires from Government service this month.

Mr Leon CHOI Lee-hang
Mr Choi has been associated with the Chinese YMCA since 1946 and became the General Secretary in 1974. He has also been active in the work of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service as an agency head.
Mr CHUN Sik-biu
Mr Chun joined Government service in 1956. He has served in a wide variety of departments and in 1982 he took up his present appointment of Chief Executive Officer (Finance) in the Royal Hong Kong Police Force.
