Mr Wong is a

Senior Cultural Services Assistant in the Regional Services Department and is now one of the most senior members of the grade. He has been a member of commissioning teams for many new buildings in cultural services over the last 27 years.

Mr Yim joined the Government service in 1957 and has been in Transport Department since 1967. He is currently a Tunnel Superintendent.

Mr Roper has served in a wide variety of appointments since joining the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1958. Recent posts have included Deputy Director of Traffic, Deputy Director of Training and Deputy Director of Personnel. Mr Roper was awarded the Colonial Police Medal in 1982.
