Professor David TODD, OBE, JP

A graduate of the University of Hong Kong. Professor Todd became Professor and Head of the Department of Medicine of the University in 1974. He was Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University from 1978 to 1980. Professor Todd has also served on а wide variety of committees and professional bodies, including being President of the Hong Kong College of Physicians, Director of the Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Diseases Association and a member of the University and Polytechnic Grants Committee. He was made an OBE in 1982.

Mr Cheng became a member of the Legislative Council in 1985 and was appointed to the Executive Council in 1988. He is deeply involved in tertiary education projects. Mr Kenneth FANG Hung, JP

Mr Fang is a Director of Fang Brothers Knitting Ltd and was а member of the Textile Advisory Board for eight years. He has also been a member of the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation, of two hospital boards and of several other important committees, including the Law Reform Committee and the University and Polytechnic Grants Committee.

Dr Stanley HO

Dr Ho is a well known businessman and a supporter of many community activities and charities. He is a former Director of the Community Chest. Included in his current commitments are

the Presidency of the Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong. and membership of the Land and Building Advisory Committee and the Council of the University of Hong Kong.
