BY RESIDENTS REASSESSMENT
IN 1988 BECAUSE OF THE GROWING CONCERN EXPRESSED ABOUT THE OVERALL SAFETY OF PHI'S LOCATED ON TSING YI, A STUDY WAS COMMISSIONED BY THE GAS SAFETY OFFICE OF THE ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO
