ON THE OTHER HAND, UNDER A TRAFFIC DIVERSION SCHEME IMPLEMENTED IN JUNE 1986 FOR THE FLYOVER RECONSTRUCTION, VEHICLES FROM SOUTHERN KOWLOON AND HONG KONG ISLAND HEADING FOR PRINCE EDWARD ROAD ARE DIVERTED VIA PUI CHING ROAD, SOARES AVENUE, ARGYLE STREET AND KADOORIE AVENUE.

AS GROUND LEVEL RECONSTRUCTION WORKS WILL CONTINUE ON PRINCESS MARGARET ROAD, ARGYLE STREET AND WATERLOO ROAD, THE ONE-WAY ARRANGEMENT ON KADOORIE AVENUE WILL BE MAINTAINED FOR THE TIME BEING TO PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE ACCESS FROM SOUTHERN KOWLOON TO PRINCE EDWARD ROAD.

AND LABOUR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS.

ORDINANCE

THE WORKING GROUP, SET UP IN MID-1987, IS MADE UP OF REPRESENTATIVES FROM EMPLOYERS' ASSOCIATIONS, MANAGERS' ASSOCIATIONS, TRADE UNIONS, LABOUR GROUPS AND THE LABOUR DEPARTMENT.

TRADE, THE

SERVING AS A QUICK GUIDE FOR THOSE IN THE CATERING CODE OF PRACTICE COMPRISES 12 SECTIONS COVERING SUCH TOPICS AS LABOUR- MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION, RIGHT OF EMPLOYEES' REPRESENTATIVES, FRINGE BENEFITS FOR WORKERS, PAYMENT SYSTEM, SETTLEMENT OF TRADE DISPUTES, JOINT CONSULTATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH, AND WORKING CONDITIONS.

IT ALSO CONTAINS SAMPLES OF CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT AND

HANDBOOK.

THE CODE OF PRACTICE, IN CHINESE ONLY, IS BEING DISTRIBUTED EATING ESTABLISHMENTS THROUGHOUT THE TERRITORY.
