Mr FONG Pui-sheung, David
Mr Fong was appointed to the Ho Man Tin North Committee in 1977 and 1g at present its chairman. He was apointed to the Kowloon City District Board in 1985.

Mr Mak has served the Mong Kok district for some years and is currently a co-opted member of the District Board Community Building Committee as well as a member of the District Fight Crime Committee. He has also been vice-chairman of Yau Ma Tei Kaifong Association since 1979.
Miss Angela Mary SMITH
Miss Smith joined the Hong Kong Government as an Education Officer in 1962 and, until recently, was principal of the King George V School in Kowloon. She has made a valuable contribution to St. John's Cathedral.
