Sir Sze-yuen CHUNG, CBE, JP
Order of the British
Sir S.Y. has had a long and distinguished record Of public service in many fields, notably in higher technical education and the development of productivity and management skills, and in particular he has served on both the Executive and Legislative Councils. He was formerly Senior Member of the Executive Council.
He was awarded the KBE in 1978.
DBE (Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire)
The Honourable Lydia DUNN, CBE, JP
Executive and
Miss Dunn has served on both the Legislative Councils with marked distinction. She is now Senior Member of the Executive Council and she has also contributed in many areas to the economic success of Hong Kong.
She has been chairman of the Trade Development Council
since 1983.

The Honourable Jeremy Fell MATHEWS, JP
and St
Mr Mathews has served the Hong Kong Government years and has played an important role in providing legal during the Sino-British talks on Hong Kong's future.
He became the Attorney General in April 1988.
