IT WAS AGREEED AT THE SWAC MEETING ON
THE
SEPTEMBER 28 THAT FORMULA SHOULD MAKE PROVISION FOR EACH OF THE THREE COMPONENT PARTS OF CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION, NAMELY CO-ORDINATION AND PLANNING OF SERVICES; FINANCIAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING; AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATION, INCLUDING PERSONNEL MATTERS.
THE SOCIAL WELFARE AS A RESULT OF THE CONSULTATION EXERCISE,
COMMITTEE DEPARTMENT PROPOSED, AND THE
ENDORSED THE PROPOSAL, THAT ACCOUNTING STAFF WOULD BE PROVIDED BY POST AT A LEVEL
TO EQUIVALENT 1.4 PER CENT OF THE RECOGNISED EXPENDITURE OF AN AGENCY.
