Mr Fung has made a significant contribution

recreation to local residents.

Mr FU Yuen-hung
Mr Fu, a retired fireman, is an elected
member of the Tsuen Wan District Board and has been
village representative of Sham Tseng Village since
1963.
Mrs TSE LING Suk-yin
Mrs Tse has participated widely in
community affairs and is a member of the Sham Shui Po
Distriot Board.
Mr KU Sze-chung
Mr Ku is a prominent Kaifong who has
served the community for over 20 years, and has supported youth services in many district councils and
associations.
Mr LEUNG Chung-por
Mr Leung is a school principal.
He has
been actively involved in local community work in
Mid-levels (Western) Area Committee for many years.
