Mr KUO Ketchen, Stephen

Mr Kuo joined the Immigration Department

in 1963. He has made a significant contribution to discussions

on the immigration and nationality aspects of the Sino-British

Agreement.

Robert Baillie Hanna Esq, JP

Mr Hanna joined the Hong Kong

Government in 1958. He has made a valuable

contribution to the planning and development of New

Towns in the New Territories. He is now Principal

Government Engineer.
