(6) City Hall Concert Hall

There will be a press position on one of the side balconies. The Concert Hall will be lit by studio lights. No flash lighting

will be allowed. Those covering the swearing-in ceremony are requested to assemble in the lift lobby of the City Hall High Block at 3 pm. They will be escorted to the press position by GIS

officers.

(7) City Hall Restaurant

Media representatives are requested to assemble in the lift lobby of the City Hall High Block at 4 pm. They can take pictures inside the restaurant on a raised platform at one end of the reception area. They will not be allowed to circulate among the guests. It will not be possible for those inside the Concert Hall

to join this press position.

Application for Lapel Badges

Please complete and return the attached application form to the Duty Officer, Government Information Services, Beaconsfield House, Queen's Road Central, by 12 noon on Saturday, April 4, 1987.

Please note that your requirements for badges may not be met fully. It may be necessary to restrict the number of badges issued for each position, particularly for the press boat facility, as there is a limit to the number of passengers that can be carried.
