Mr FONG Ching-chung

Mr Fong joined the service as a Warder at

Stanley Prison in 1964. He is also actively involved

with the Civil Aid Services,

Mr KWAN Man-hung

Mr Kwan has served the Hong Kong Government

for the past 33 years. He is a Clerical Assistant

in the Education Department.

Mrs LEUNG LO Lai-hing

Mrs Leung joined the Hong Kong Civil Service

in 1951. She has been a Confidential Assistant to

the Auxiliary Medical Services.

Mrs LEUNG YEUNG Kit-kuen

Mrs Leung joined Government Service in a

clerical position in 1956 and is now a Senior Clerical

Officer.
