Mrs Szeto joined the Government in 1957 and is

now serving in the Medical & Health Department.

Mr WAN Chung-ping

Mr Wan has served in the Auxiliary Medical

Services since 1952.

Mr WONG Sheung-fun

Mr Wong joined the Hong Kong Civil Service in

1955 and is now an Artisan in the Technical Education

and Industrial Training Department.

Mr Philip DAVIES, CPM

Mr Davies joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force

in 1957 and rose to the present rank of Chief

Superintendent in 1980.
