Mr Stalker was appointed as Principal Auditor
in Hong Kong in 1968. His civil service began in 1951.
He is presently Director of Audit.

Mr Ardley began his career in the Home Civil
Service in 1946. He is presently Postmaster General.
Mr Harold Campbell BEATON, JP
Mr Beaton joined the Hong Kong Government in
1960. He is presently Director of Highways.
Dr James William HAYES, JP
Dr. Hayes joined the Colonial, Administrative
Service in 1956. He is presently Regional Secretary
(New Territories).
Mr James Conley PRISK
Mr Prisk joined the Hong Kong Government as
a Prisons Officer in 1956. He is presently Deputy
Commissioner of Customs & Excise.
