Mr Sandberg has been Chairman of the Hongkong
& Shanghai Banking Corporation since 1977 and an
Unofficial Member of Executive Council since 1978. He
has other and considerable public service to his credit.

Mr HO Sin-hang, OBE
Mr Ho was formerly Chairman of the Hang Seng
Bank. His established charitable fund has benefitted
many Hong Kong and UK institutions.
Mr TANG Chi-chien, OBE
Mr Tang was elected Chairman of the Hong Kong
General Chamber of Commerce in 1984. He has devoted
much of his time to Government advisory work.
The Hon. Petar C. WONG, OBE, JP
Mr Wong is the most senior Unofficial Member
of the Legislative Council.
