Mr Alleyne began his civil service career in the Administrative Service in 1957. He is now Deputy
Financial Secretary.
Dr LAM See-hin, OBE, JP
Dr Lam has served for 15 years as Chairman of
the Baptist College's Board of Governors,
also Chairman of the College's Council.

Mr Justice McMullin has served in the Overseas
Legal and Judicial Services since 1950. He is presently
a Vice-President of the Court of Appeal.
Mr CHAN Pak-keung, MBE, JP
Mr Chan has been active in a wide range of community services including medical service (rehabilitation of the handicapped) education, social welfare and transport, and has been a member of a number of important government boards and committees.
Mr KAN Yuet-loong, JP
Mr Kan was appointed to the Council of Hong Kong Polytechnic in April 1976 and since March 1979 has been the Treasurer of the Polytechnic. He has served on a number of major government boards and committees.
