Mr Kan first joined the civil service in August 1951 as a Squatter Control Patrolman. He is now a Foremen (Supervisor) in

the Housing Department.

Mr Lee joined the Preventive Service (now Customs and Excise Service) as an Assistant Revenue Officer in 1958 and now holds the rank of Chief Customs Officer.
