Mr Peter Frederick LEEDS, JP

Mr Leeds joined the Hong Kong Govemment service in 1951. He

is now the Commissioner for Transport.

Mr Gordon Louis MORTIMER, JP

Mr Mortimer came to Hong Kong as an Administrative Officer in 1971 after service with the Government of Fiji. He is now the

Commissioner for Narcotics.

Mr Abbas first joined the Hong Kong Government service in 1955 as a Land Bailiff. He is now a Principal Land Executive in the City and New Territories Administration.

Mr Victor CHANN Yau-fong

Mr Chann was seconded to the London Office in October 1965

as the first full time Liaison Officer. He is now the Senior

Liaison Officer in London.
