Mr Akers-Jones joined the Colonial Service in Malaya in 1953

and transferred to Hong Kong in 1957. He assumed the post of Chief Secretary in early June.

Mr Forsgate is Vice Chairman of the Urban Council and Chairman

of the Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation.

Prof. HO Hung-chiu, ORE, JP

Prof. HO Hung-ohiu joined the Medical and Health Department in 1949. He was appointed Consultant in Radiology and Oncology in-charge in 1956. He retires in 1985.

Mr Francis Tien has been a member of the Legislative Council since 1974. He is also prominent in other spheres of public

importance.
