Mr FUNG Kar-wah
Principal Fireman FUNG Kar-wah joined the Hong Kong Fire Services as a Fireman in 1953 and has served in the operational fire fighting divisions throughout, including the Airport division, rising through the ranks to his present senior N.C.O. rank. His professional skills and abilities have resulted in the saving of many lives and considerable property from many
fires and other calamities.

Mr Raymond Horace BRUCE
Mr Bruce joined the UK Fire Service (East Ham) in 1954. He joined the Hong Kong Fire Services in 1963 as a Station Officer and has risen to his present rank in which he commands the Marine & Offshore Islands
Division.
He has made a very valuable contri- bution to establishing good relations in the outlying islands of Hong Kong and the new developed areas which are being established there.

Mr CHOW Wing-cheong
Senior Divisional Officer Chow joined the Hong Kong Fire Services in 1960 as a Sub Officer and was promoted to his present rank in 1982.
