Mr CHAN Wai
Mr Chan was first appointed as a Gardener II in 1954 and was promoted through various ranks to
Overseer in 1982.
His work in Eastern District has
been commended by the Eastern District Board.

Mr TONG Kai-ming
Mr Tong joined the Government service in 1957 and is now employed as Enrolled Nurse in the Electrographic Dignostic Unit where the high quality of his work is very much appreciated by patients and colleagues alike.

Mr YUEN Kee
Commencing his career from the grade of a daily rated worker 38 years ago, Mr Yuen has been promoted through the Foreman and Inspectorate Grade to Chief Technical Officer (Building Services), the highest
Technical grade in the Building Development Department for site supervision of building services works; his contribution has always been of a very high quality.

Mr CHEONG Kam-chuen
Mr Chong has served in the Civil Aid Services
since 1955. He received the Civil Defence Long Service
Medal in October 1970. He has been heavily involved in operational duties particularly in rescuing victims from landslips, typhoons and squatter fires and has also been heavily involved in the work of the Civil Aid Service
Cadet Corps.
