Mr Vincent WOO Wing-fai
Mr Woo's public service includes his membership of the Executive Committee of HK Juvenile Care Centre, Shun Tak Fraternal Association, HK Girl Guides Association and HK Friends of Scouts Association. He has also served
as Chairman of the Board of the Po Leung Kuk. Under his leadership the board managed to complete a secondary school, two nurseries and greatly improve the facilities provided in the Po Leung Kuk Holiday Camp. Marked improvements were also noticed in the institute's administration and staff
welfare scheme.

Mr Brian Maxwell KELLY
Mr Kelly joined the East Africa High Commission as a Taxation Officer in 1950. He was promoted Assessor in 1955 and Assistant Commissioner in 1959. He joined the HK Inland Revenue Dept. as an Assessor on Jan 7, 1965 and has since retired. During his service in HK he made a substantial contribution to important legislative changes and in the development and implementation of the Department's computerised Integrated Data Base System.

Mr NG Chan-lam
Mr Ng became a Village Representative in 1958 and Chairman of the Sha Tin Rural Committee in 1962. He resigned from the Chairmanship of the Rural Committee in 1977 having served four terms. He founded the Sha Tin Branch of the St. John Ambulance Brigade in 1977, and both the Sha Tin Sports Association and the Sha Tin Arts
Association in 1978. He is now Chairman of the Boy Scout Association, New Territories North Division, President of the Girl Guides Association (Sha Tin Branch), Supervisor of four schools, Director of the New Territories Lions Club and an appointed District Board Member.
