Mr Michael Clafton ILLINGWORTH
Mr Illingworth joined the RHKPF in March 1949 and was promoted to his present rank of Assistant Commissioner in 1971. He has commanded the N.T. Region with distinction since July 1972. He has copied with these problems in a professional manner and has displayed a high degree of leadership and devotion to duty throughout.
Mr Dennis Robert RICK
Mr Rick joined the Hong Kong Government as a Police Sub-Inspector in 1955. He transferred to the Printing
Department as Assistant Superintendent in 1961. He was
promoted to the rank of Printing Superintendent in 1965,
Assistant Government Printer in 1974 and Government Printer
in 1978.

Mr CHAU How-chen, JP
Mr Chau has been a member of the Tsuen Wan District
Board since 1979. He is very active in promoting sports and recreational activities in the Tsuen Wan District.
He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yan
Chai Hospital in 1981/82 and is now an Adviser to the
Hospital. He has held the post of Acting Regional Commander for New Territories Civil Aid Services since 1982.
Mrs CHOY PUN Siu-fun, JP
Mrs Choy has been actively involved in social work for the past 20 years and has contributed positively to the overall development and expansion of social services to the community. As Director of the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society for 13 years until her recent resignation, Mrs Choy helped to develop the Society as a well established voluntary body offering a variety of much needed services.
Mrs Ruth FRASER
Mrs Fraser is the Administrator of Red Cross Blood
Collection Service. As the Administrator of the Service, Mrs Fraser has played a very important role in the expan- sion and development of the Blood Transfusion Service in
Hong Kong.
