Mr Ching Kwok-hoo

Mr Ching joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1963. His .service since then has been marked by devotion to duty and professional ability of the highest order.

Mr Brian Elev

Mr Eley joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1959 and has served well in a number of important posts, including Aide-de-Camp to the Governor and Senior Staff Officer Operations in both Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Regions.

Mr John Henry Tudor Griffiths

Mr Griffiths joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1960. He has served in Special Branch since 1973 where his work in VIP protection has been noteworthy.

Mr Lai King-yuon

Mr Lai joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a Constable in 1956 and was promoted to Station Sergeant in 1973. He is the To Kwa Wan Neighbourhood Policing Coordinator and is an affective link with community leaders in that role.

Mr Wong Shiu-kwan

Mr Wong has served with distinction for 21 years in Fire Services Department. He holds two Governor's Commendations for courage, devotion to duty and disregard of his personal safety whilst engaged in rescue work.
