Mr Peter Poon Wing-cheung, JP

Mr Poon has been a member of the Securities Commission and Commodities Trading Commission since their inception in 1974 and 1976 respectively. He was also a member of the Securities Advisory Council in 1973. He was made an Unofficial JP in 1976.

Mr Wong Kan họ

Mr Wong joined the Air Raid Precaution Corps in 1939 and has been involved in a wide variety of Civil Defence activities since then. He is at present the Deputy Regional Commander, Kowloon Region of the Civil Aid Services.

Major Ng King-cheung

Major Ng King-cheung joined the Royal Hong Kong Regiment (The Volunteers) in 1957 and was commissioned in 1969. He has been an exceptionally loyal and dependable Volunteer and has throughout his 25 years of active service given unstintingly his own time and energies to the advancement of the Regiment.

Mr Liang Pei-man

Mr Liang first joined the Auxiliary Medical Services (AMS) in 1971 and has rendered particularly efficient and loyal service in the AMS Liaison Sectim. He also rendered sterling services in

establishing AMS Sub-Units in several outlying districts of the New Territories.

Mr Mow Lung-fat

Mr Mow joined the Customs and Excise service in 1958 after several years service with HM Dockyard, Hong Kong. His performance of duty has been marked, consistently, as being of an exceedingly high standard.
