Mr Peter John CLARKE, CPM

Mr Clarke joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1953 as a Sub-Inspector. He is currently an Assistant Commissioner. He has served in the Criminal Investigation Department, Special Branch and Uniform Branch, and since 1979 he has been the District Police Commander Marine District.

Mr Charles Derek MAYGER, CPM

Mr Mayger joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force as a Sub-Inspector in 1949. He is currently a Chiet Superin- tendent. Since 1978 he has been Chief Staff Officer/Staff Relations, responsible for maintaining informed and harmonious relations between the Commissioner and all ranks of the Force.

Mr Montague KINGDOM, CPM

Mr Kingdom joined the Hong Kong Fire Services in 1960 as a Station Officer after previous service in the United Kingdom. He has commanded operations at some of the most serious fires which have occurred in Hong Kong in recent years, and has also contributed to the training and development of the Fire Services Department.

Mr John Howard MARCH, CPM

Mr March joined the Hong Kong Fire Services in 1962 as a Station Officer after previous service in the United Kingdom. In addition to his operational roles he has contributed to the development of the department through his work on planning and notably during his service as Chief Fire Officer (Fire Protection Bureau).
