Miss Wanda LEE Wan-wah
Miss Lee has worked in the Tuberculosis Service of the Medical and Health Department since 1952, originally as a Tuberculosis Worker and now as a Health Auxiliary. She was responsible for establishing tuberculosis service in Kai Tak
North and South Refugee Camps.
Mr LEUNG Sun
Mr Leung has served continuously as a steward in the Hong Kong Technical College and the Hong Kong Folytechnic for the last 35 years.
Mr LOUIE Yue-kwan
Mr Louie joined the Hong Kong Covernment in 1960 and is now a Senior Photographer. He has worked in the Photographic Laboratory of the Registration of Fersons Office (now part of the Immigration Department) for many years.

Mr Ma has served as Personal Chauffeur to successive Chief Justices for over 22 years, all of whor have appreciated his courtesy and reliability.
