Mr. Lau is Chairman of the Mei Sing Mutual Aid Committee

who has made an outstanding contribution to the MAC movement.

is a member of the Mongkok East Area Committee and of other district committees and has devoted considerable time and energy to local environmental problems and general social issues,

Mr. LAW Chop

Mr. Law is Chairman of the Causeway Bay (West) Area Committee and a member of the Eastern City District Committee and Eastern

District Fight Crime Committee. He is also Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Press Association. A dynamic community leader who has shown particular concern about juvenile delinquency. is a member of the Juvenile Courts Advisory Panel.

Miss LI Po-ying

Miss Li is a professional actress, dedicated to the up- bringing and training of the new generation in the traditional art of Cantonese opera, who has helped to promote the art by taking part in performances locally and overseas. She is a member of the Hong Kong Chinese Artists' Association, the Shun Tak Fraternal Association and the Lee Clansmen Association.

Mr. Nathan MA Ning-hei

Mr. Ma is a school principal, devoted to public service in the fields of education, cultural and recreational activities and a member of many local committees. He is Chairman of the Education Committee, Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong, a member of the Yuen Long District Advisory Board and, as co- ordinator of the organising committee, largely responsible for the first Yuen Long Arts Festival.
