Hr. Họ Sun-kuen
Mr. Ho is a founder member and past president of the N.T. He assisted Rotary Club, and a pioneer in service club activities. greatly in the reconstruction of the Yan Oi Tong in 1977 and played an active role in the Tong's efforts in building a Community and Indoor Sports Centre. He has been a member of the Tuen Mun District Advisory Board since 1977.
Miss HUNG Wai-ching
Miss Hung is a philanthropist with a long record of community service. She has been instrumental in establishing and then running a primary school, a secondary school and a maternity home and clinic in the Ho Man Tin area. She is also a contributor in terms of both money and effort to relief work and the promotion of recreational activities.
Mr. KEUNG Yin-man
Mr. Keung founded the Hong Kong and Kowloon Floating Fishermen's Welfare Promotion Association in 1964 and is an influential figure in the fishing community.
He is also active
in Kaifong Associations, the St. John's Ambulance Brigade and the Discharged Prisoners' Aid Society. He has been a member of the Aberdeen Harbour Consultative Committee since 1972 and of the City District Committee (Southern) since 1976.
Mr. KHÔNG Hua
Mr. Kwong is actively involved in the MAC movement and is the Chairman of the Mutual Aid Committee, South Wing, Upper Wong Tai Sin Estate. He is also Chairman of the Upper Wong Tai Sin Area Committee and a member of other community bodies. is prominent in fostering sports and recreational activities and Fight Crime campaigns.
