Mr. CHUNG Kam-keung
Mr. CHUNG Kam-keung joined the Royal Hong Kong Police
Force as a Constable in 1952 and attained his present rank of
Station Sergeant in 1972. In 1955 he was posted to Special
Branch where he is still serving. He has received four
commendations and awards from the Commissioner.
Mr. John Malcolm CROSBY
Mr. Crosby joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force in 1957 as a Sub-Inspector and attained his present rank of Chief Inspector in 1971. He was posted to the Commercial Crimes Bureau of the Criminal Investigation Department in 1968 and has served in that unit since. He played a major role in the establishment
of a counterfeit and forgery section, which has developed into
an effective internationally recognised agency in combatting both
international and local criminals. He has acquired the status of an expert in the fields of counterfeiting and forgery and is so recognised by overseas Police Forces, banks and financial
agencies.
Mr. Francis Stewart KAVANAGH
Mr. Kavanagh joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force. in 1960 and was promoted to his present rank of Senior Superintendent in 1977. During his service, he has occupied numerous key positions
and from 1977 to 1979 he held down the very demanding post of
Divisional Superintendent, Mongkok. Since then he has commanded Operations Branch in Police Headquarters. His interests extend beyond his duties and he has always been a keen participant in
Force sporting and welfare activities.
