as an N.C.O. i/c of a fire crew have played an important part in

the saving of lives and property. For the last few years he has

also been responsible for the training of many drivers and operators

in the operation of the most technically advanced equipment in the

service, a duty he has performed in his usual first class manner.

Mr SO Wing

Throughout his 25 years with the Fire Services Mr SO Wing

has been attached to the busiest of the operational units. He has

consistently demonstrated discipline and loyalty at countless fires

and other emergencies. His skill, courage and leadership in charge

of fire crews and acting on his own have been responsible for the

saving of lives and property.

Mr WOO Kwan-kucn

Mr Woo has held posts in all branches of the Fire Services

including operational duty throughout the territory, fire prevention

and staff duties.

His skill, courage and leadership at countless dangerous

fires and other calamities throughout his 23 years in the Fire

Services has been responsible for the saving of many lives and

considerable property.
