Mr. CHAN Yuen-tung
PC CHAN Yuen-tung is employed as a "Tai Lau" at wong Tai
Sin and has been giving excellent service in that capacity for several
years, although in his earlier days he performed duty both on the beat
and in the Traffic Division. He is conscientious and always ready to
assist his younger colleagues whenever they need guidance, and the
pleasant atmosphere in the Report Room in which he is currently employed
owes much to his efficiency and sympathetic understanding.
He is an
outstandingly loyal and reliable officer whose sustained enthusiasm,
interest and dedication to duty are an excellent example to all.

Mr. CHEUNG Chi-kong
Mr. Cheung has spent his total 23 years' service in the Uniform
Branch and during this long period has consistently been the subject of
favourable reports. He was appointed officer-in-charge of the newly opened
Ngau Tau Kok Neighbourhood Policing Unit in 1974 and largely through his
efforts the past three years have seen a considerable reduction in the
Ngau Tau Kok crime rate and a much improved police/community relationship.
He is a highly respected figure among estate residents and has greatly
enhanced the reputation of the Force.

Mr. Crosa is responsible for administering and supervising the
application of technical aids in the Force; he is also responsible for
/formulating.....
