Hr. RONG Yue-cheong

Mr. Kong is prominent in community work in North Point,

He has devoted much time to scouting and activities concerned with

the general welfare of the residents of the district.

Mr. WONG mo-yuen

Mr. Wong is a prominent member of the community in Yuen Long.

He has been a village representative since 1954 and Vice-Chairman of

the Shap Pat Heung Rural Committee since 1968. He has also been

active in a number of other local organisations.

Mr. WONG Wing-piu

Mr. Wong is actively involved in community services in

Hung Hom and Kowloon City areas. He is particularly concerned with

mutual aid committees and services for the elderly. He is Chairman

of Hung Hom North Area Committee.

Mr. YIP Yum-fong

Fr. Yip is a respected community leader in the Eastern

District.

He is Chairman of the Eastern District Quarry Bay Area

Committee, and a prominent member of a number of other local bodies.

He has been closely involved with a variety of community service

projects for many years.

Mr. YUEN Chau

Mr. Yuen has been actively involved in promoting recreational

and other community activities in Choi Hung for many years, He has

been Chairman of the Choi Hung Area Committee since 1974, and closely

involved with the Fight Violent Crime and Clean Hong Kong campaigns, as

well as a number of other activities.
