Hir. CEU Hon-ming
Mr. Chu joined the Police Force in June 1953 and was promoted
to Chief Inspector in 1970. Mr. Chu's work has been distinguished by
loyalty, devotion to duty and diligence. He has worked unceasingly
in particular to help, advise and train junior ranks, and is an effective
leader. He received a commendation from the Commissioner of Police in
1959. He is at present serving at Police Headquarters.

Mr. Feter John CLARKE
Mr. Clarke, Chief Superintendent, joined the Royal Hong Kong
Police Force in 1953. He has served in a number of different formations,
in all of which he has distinguished himself by his leadership, drive

He has headed many special investigations of a difficult or
protracted nature. Throughout his service Mr. Gravener has taken great
pains in guiding and instructing his sub-ordinates, who hold him in the
highest regard. He has consistently displayed outstanding ability and
a very high degree of enthusiasm and dedication towards his work, thereby
setting a fine example to sub-ordinate officers.
