Mr. 10 Shui-yin
Mr. Lo was first appointed to the Marine Department as a Seaman
in 1947. He became Senior Coxswain on April 1, 1974. He has commanded most
of the larger vessels in the Government fleet. During his 30 years' service
he has maintained a consistently high standard of seamanship and demonstrated
exceptional loyalty and devotion to duty. He was commended by the Colonial
Secretary for his work in connection with the rescue and salvage operation
following the crash of a C.P.A. aircraft on November 5, 1967, and by the
Director of Marine for his work during the Royal Visit of the Queen and the
Duke of Edinburgh in 1975.

Mr. NG Cheuk-tong
Mr. Ng has, with a short break in service, been on the staff of the
Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force since 1955. He has by diligence and
ability risen to the rank of Chief Flight Technician and is in charge of the
28-man team that maintains Government's fleet of seven aircraft. Since 1954
Mr. Ng has also been a volunteer member of the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air
Force and was promoted to Flight Sergeant in 1973. He holds the Air Efficiency
Award and the First Clasp to the A.E.A.

Hr. NG Chung-fai
Mr. Ng has rendered over 30 years loyal service to the Government.
He is a Clerical Officer I in the Education Department. During his long
service he has been consistently conscientious, hardworking and trustworthy.
He has been held in the highest regard by the numerous senior officers for
whom he has worked over the years.
