The Hing Wah Estate (Stage II), completed last year, adjoins

the Hing Wah Estate (Stage 1), which was completed in 1971. From its

20 acres of land, it commands magnificent views of the eastern entrance

of the harbour in the north and of the wooded terrain in the south.

It consists of self-contained flats in seven blocks of seven

to 29 storeys, designed to accommodate some 21,000 people.

Estate facilities include schools, kindergartens, welfare

agencies, restaurants, shops and markets.
