Many details of the sohome have still to be settled, including

the exact definition of eligible households.

It is expected that once the flats are sold the Housing

Authority will be responsible for their management and maintenance,

and that the owners will be required to pay a monthly management fee.

Good management will maintain and increase the value of these flats.
