has served as Chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce
for the last two years. He has a long and distinguished record of

Professor James Blackburn GIBSON
Professor Gibson is the Dean of Faculty of Medicine at the
University of Hong Kong, Since 1963, he has been Consultant in
Pathology to the Hong Kong Government.

The Honourable Mrs. KWAN KO Siu-wah, M.B.E., J.P.
Mrs. KWAN is the General Secretary of the Y..C.A., a member
of the Board of Education and the Social Welfare Advisory Committee
and many other advisory and voluntary agencies. She has been an
Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council since 1974.

Mr. David Lindsay MILLAR
Mr. Millar was Chief Manager of the Chartered Bank from May
1970 until the end of 1975. Mr. Millar made an outstanding contribution
to the development of the Community Chest in Hong Kong.
